General Physiotherapy

For clients recovering from acute or chronic injuries, a vehicle or work accident, or everyday aches, we provide comprehensive rehabilitation programs. Initial assessments include a detailed examination and treatment plan. Our goal is to empower you through education and therapeutic exercises so you can move safely, prevent injuries, and stay active in daily life.

Sport Physiotherapy

For athletes and active individuals - including ultrarunners, masters athletes, skaters, and participants in all sports - we specialize in sports-specific injury prevention, performance optimization, and return-to-play programs. Assessments may include biomechanical analysis with Runeasi technology, gait/video analysis, and sport-specific testing. Our evidence-based treatment plans combine education, corrective exercises, and hands-on therapies to enhance performance, reduce injury risk, and get you back to your sport safely.

Our Approach to General and Sports Injuries

At MoveMed Physiotherapy, we focus on evidence-based, personalized rehabilitation. Our approach combines:

  • Education: Understand your condition and how to manage it based on the latest research

  • Therapeutic Exercises: Targeted exercises to restore function, strength, and movement

  • Collaborative Care: We work with you to design a plan tailored to your goals, whether for sports performance or daily activities
