General/Sports Injuries
Stay Active. Live Pain-Free.
Whether you’re recovering from an acute injury, managing a chronic condition, or returning to sports or another activity, we provide personalized care to help you reach your goals. Our mission is to help everyone stay active, healthy, and pain-free - whatever movement matters most to you.
General Physiotherapy
For clients recovering from acute or chronic injuries, a vehicle or work accident, or everyday aches, we provide comprehensive rehabilitation programs. Initial assessments include a detailed examination and treatment plan. Our goal is to empower you through education and therapeutic exercises so you can move safely, prevent injuries, and stay active in daily life.
Sport Physiotherapy
For athletes and active individuals - including ultrarunners, masters athletes, skaters, and participants in all sports - we specialize in sports-specific injury prevention, performance optimization, and return-to-play programs. Assessments may include biomechanical analysis with Runeasi technology, gait/video analysis, and sport-specific testing. Our evidence-based treatment plans combine education, corrective exercises, and hands-on therapies to enhance performance, reduce injury risk, and get you back to your sport safely.
