Running Assessments and Injury Management
Run Faster and Injury Free
At MoveMed Physiotherapy, our running assessments are evidence-based and grounded in research. Using Runeasi’s validated wearable biomechanics sensor, we can objectively measure how your body moves, including impact, stability, and symmetry, to identify inefficiencies, guide injury recovery, and optimize your performance.
Running Injury Management
If you are an injured runner, you have come to the right place!
At MoveMed Physiotherapy, all of our physiotherapists have advanced training in evidence-based running assessment and injury management, and many even teach these methods to other clinicians. In collaboration with The Running Clinic and leading universities, we actively contribute to research on running injuries to ensure our approach stays at the cutting edge.
We provide a comprehensive, individualized approach to treating running injuries. From a detailed review of your injury and running history to a thorough initial assessment, we design a personalized treatment plan tailored to your needs, so you can recover confidently and get back to running stronger.
