Our Mission

We believe that if we can get more people living an active and healthy lifestyle, we can help make the world a better place!

Did you know that Canadian Guidelines recommend that adults get 150 minutes per week of moderate to vigorous aerobic exercise, and strength training twice a week, to achieve health benefits?

Running is one of the most accessible ways to stay active, and definitely our favourite way to get moving! Our goal is to help inspire as many people as possible to start or continue running throughout their lifespans for as long as possible.

Not a runner? Don’t worry! We treat non-runners too, and want to help you start or continue participating in whatever form of physical activity brings YOU the most joy.

Movement is Medicine

Our approach emphasizes empowerment through education (helping you understand your condition and advice on what to do) and therapeutic exercises. When appropriate, we use a hands-on approach and other tools or resources to help you get moving.

All of our appointments are 1-on-1, so you will receive the undivided attention of your physiotherapist. We offer 1 hour initial appointments to leave enough time for a thorough assessment, treatment explanations, demonstrations of exercises, and a plan of action!
