Sydney can help you in English.

With over six years of clinical experience, Sydney's aim is to help her patients feel strong, confident, and capable in the activities they love. Her treatment philosophy focuses on long-term injury management, guiding patients not only in feeling better but in understanding their bodies and preventing future setbacks. She uses a combination of techniques including education, targeted exercise prescription, manual therapy (hands on treatment) and dry needling/IMS to help her patients feel better and be more active.

Sydney completed both her BSc in Kinesiology (with Distinction) and MSc in Physiotherapy at the University of Alberta before relocating to her husband's home town of Kelowna. Outside of the clinic, she loves ringette, running, reading, beach volleyball, mountain biking and spending time with her family.
