Summer can help you in English.

Summer’s connection to physiotherapy has been shaped by experiencing sport from both sides of the sideline—as an athlete and as a trainer. Her background in competitive alpine skiing, varsity flag football, distance running, and strength training has given her firsthand insight into the physical and mental demands of training, navigating setbacks, and returning to the activities you love.

While studying at Western University, Summer worked as a varsity trainer with the Western Mustangs men’s football team. This role, combined with her previous experience in a sports physiotherapy clinic, helped her develop valuable skills in sports injury assessment and management.

Summer completed her Master of Physical Therapy at Western University, gaining clinical experience in outpatient orthopaedics, acute care, and long-term care. Her personal interest in health, movement, and performance motivates her to continually expand her knowledge and provide current, evidence-informed care.

Outside the clinic, you can find Summer running on the Rail Trail, grabbing a latte downtown, or exploring the backcountry on foot or skis.
