Meghan was born in Calgary, Alberta, and moved to British Columbia to complete her Bachelor’s degree in Health and Exercise Science at The University of British Columbia Okanagan.

As a former competitive track and field athlete, Meghan’s love for running and movement has been an integral part of her life for greater than 10 years.

Outside of running you will find Meghan in the mountains skiing, biking, rock climbing and camping. She also loves baking, and watching movies!
