Erica was born and raised in Calgary, Alberta, and moved to British Columbia to complete her Bachelor’s degree in Human Kinetics at The University of British Columbia Okanagan. Drawn to the mountains, lakes, and forests long before she graduated, she chose the Okanagan for its natural beauty and endless opportunities to explore the outdoors.

She enjoys lifting weights and staying active by hiking, swimming, and more recenlty, running. Erica also loves traveling, playing the piano, and getting creative in the kitchen with cooking and baking.
